22. December 2011 Estonian Children's Fund announces a competition for academic scholarships, which is for those students who study at universities and come from orphanage homes. Since 1989 has Estonian Children’s Fund given out scholarships for orphans and children from children’s homes who continue their education after the graduation of high school.
