A cooking-course for parents who have children with behavioral disorders by Stelior

Stelior Estonia organizes a cooking-course: breadstuffs free of gluten and casein.
The course will be held by Marie-Hélène from the international union Stelior, a specialist of glutein and casein free receipts, a mother of hyperactive and autistic child.
The course is in French with translation to Estonian.
Places of the courses:
30th of July 2008 in Tallinn, restaurant Harmoonikum (Viimsis, Pargi-tee 8)
1st of August 2008 in Pärnumaa, Audru (additional information during the registration)
3rd of August 2008 in Tartu, Laululava caffe (Lalulupeo pst 25)
All events start at 13.00, closing time around 17.00.
After the cooking You may take a little time discussing, tasting and asking questions from Marie-Hélène.
Cooking: different breads and white breads. salty and sweet cakes, different fillings (salty and sweet), snacks (to take with you at school, kindergarden or on a trip. If possible, also ice-creams which are specially actual on summertime.
Raw materials are simple: rice flour, rice oil, palm oil, different vegetables and fruits in Estonia, coir- and rice milk, healthy herbs and spices, eggs, fructose.
Every attendant will get receipts in Eestonian language.
Participation fee before 1st of July is 700.- crowns, after that 900.- crowns.
