good, they know enough and know how to deal with these kids
with blanks, here and there they might need additional training

A book "Minu armas Hüpi" by Maret Lina has occured

22. May 2007
The book "Minu armas Hüpi" was made as a result of Maret Lina's master study "The academic and social coping of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder" in University of Tallinn. This book is motivated on the negative attitude of teachers towards hyperactive child.

Through the leading character The Boy an overview is given about the essence of ADHD, reasons and facilities.
Helping a child with ADHD must begin with exploring the child.

This book is lively, a true story with documental evidence. The book is aimed at two target groups: parents and teachers.

The author, Maret Lina, is a mother of a big family, who initially had no knowledge about ADHD. Yet, thanks to her middle child, The Boy, Lina also learned and developed.

10 books (in Estonian language) are available in Estonian Children's Fund (100.- Estonian krowns - about 6,50 euros).
